When's the Best Time For Tanzania Safari?
Determining the best time for a Tanzania safari largely depends on personal preferences and what you hope to experience. Generally, the dry season from June to October is considered prime safari time. During these months, the weather is dry, wildlife is more concentrated around water sources, and vegetation is less dense, making it easier to spot animals. Additionally, the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras occurs from June to August in the Serengeti, a spectacle drawing visitors from around the world. However, the wet season from November to May offers its own unique advantages, such as fewer tourists, lush landscapes, and the opportunity to witness the calving season in the southern Serengeti from January to March. Ultimately, the best time for a Tanzania safari depends on your preferences for weather, wildlife sightings, and crowd levels.

A Beautiful Giant 5895amsl free standing mountain over 6 days lemosho route. âIt is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves.â Godliving Bayona, the best kilimanjaro mountain guide famously said. This is what mountain teaches us. We might seem like a puny ant in front of it but we can still dream to reach the top, however, far it might seem. It is this self-belief of reaching the top despite the insurmountable odds that makes mountains so special for me. An adventure is never complete without a partner in crime. I didnât had 1 but 3. Three complete strangers from different parts of India whom I can now count as my dear friends. We not only hiked together but we shared our pains and happiness alike.
